What are you eating?

Have you ever felt like you couldn't lose those last five pounds? You try and try, and nothing happens. That has happened to me more than once, more than twice.One night my husband said to me, "You just have to quit snacking." I love to have a snack while I'm watching TV and that was and still can be the problem. Chips, dip, cookies are the wrong things to eat when I am trying to lose weight.
1 Corinthians 3:16 "Know ye not that you are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?"
Know that whatever we put into our "Temple" will eventually show a outward sign. It can be everything from what we eat, drink, watch on TV to the kind of music we listen to.
We are Gods temple and we need to take care of ourselves....physically, mentally and spiritually. All things WILL produce a result from our choice to what we are "Feeding" ourselves.
Weekly Take Away:

What is something you need to make changes in? Is it your eating habits? Type of music you listen to? Is it the things your looking at that need to be cleaned up a bit?
Trust that whatever "Comes in Will come out" in one way or another. Also the flip side of that is.... what is it that NEEDS to be in your life that isn't at this time? More of God's word? More time with Jesus?
