Daddy Of Billions

I have three children, and to me, my plate is full, very full. I’m always busy as a stay-at-home mother. There are days when I think, “How will I get everything done, and done on time.” “Will I remember everything that has to be done and will I have enough energy to do it and enough energy for the next day.”

Then you have God who created the world in six days and rested. He created mankind, and has become a father to billions of people and knows each one so perfectly. He knows their needs and desires and loves them. Can you imagine billions of people talking to you all at once? When my three children are talking to me all at once it can get a bit hectic, and very confusing.

“But the very hairs of your head are numbered”( Matthew 10:30). “Why do you complain, Jacob? Why do you say, Israel,“My way is hidden from the Lord; my cause is disregarded by my God”? Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God,the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom” (Isaiah 40:27-28).

Thankfully we have a God who never gets “tired” with all that He is doing. He has more than enough power to help us and to give us strength. Most importantly, He loves us with all His being. We will make it each day and He will provide the strength because of His love for us - love for His children.
